As Chief Customer Officer, John oversees strategic client initiatives, focusing on unifying Apex relationships to better serve their businesses and enable rapid growth and success in the marketplace.

BEFORE APEX

Prior to joining Apex, John spent nearly three years as Managing Director at Convergex Group. Before that and for the bulk of his career, John served as VP at Pershing and BNY Global Clearing Services. John has been in the financial services industry since 2001 with substantial experience and expertise in execution and clearing. John started his career in operations and has moved through various functions including product management, sales and relationship management, which has led him to build a unique skillset of understanding technical aspects of the business to acquiring intuitive people skills.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE

John identifies as a dad first to his three active kids and likes to play tennis in his free time. John enjoys a great bottle of wine and taking vacations to Europe with his wife.
